- ***Out of State Residents - We absolutely do not
ship fireworks to the following USA States: CA, DE, GA, MA, ME,
NJ, NY, OH, OR, VT, Unless you obtain a local, state or federal permit.
PA, CT, RI and MN only safe and sane fireworks. ALSO:
We do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska. Otherwise if
you live in one of these states, you must come to our warehouse to buy your
fireworks. Minimum shipped Order requirement has to go at least $200
plus shipping costs. To save shipping costs ($130 minimum to start), make sure you and your friends place your
orders together!
- All merchandise is sold upon
the condition that we, the seller shall not be liable for any civil action,
arrest, accident, or injury occasioned during the handling, transportation,
storage, sale or use of the merchandise.
- ATTENTION PA. residents: Certain items that
explode and/or fly into the air will only be sold if he/she has a local permit issued by your local
authorities (boro or twp). That is the law. Also,
you must be 18 years old to buy fireworks. We have the local permit
applications available.
